STEWARD JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Guest Service:
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
• Provide menus, take orders accurately, and answer guest inquiries about the menu.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
2. Table Management:
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring proper placement of cutlery, glasses, and tableware.
• Monitor tables during the meal to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage additional guest requests, such as refilling drinks or offering condiments.
3. Order Handling & Coordination:
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.
• Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
4. Cleanliness & Hygiene:
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
5. Stock & Inventory Support:
• Ensure sufficient availability of service items (napkins, cutlery, condiments, etc.).
• Assist in restocking supplies and preparing for the next shift.
6. Team Support:
• Assist the Restaurant Captain and other team members during busy hours.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
