Job Title STET - Mechanical Design Engineer - PackagingTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent Degree/ Packaging specialization
6-8 years of experience in Design of Packaging for Medical Devices / Home Appliances / Personal Health
Experience with Creo, Solidworks & Windchill
DfSS Greenbelt Certified nice to have.
Basic understanding of packaging design, labelling design
Understanding of material interaction between product & packaging
Basic knowledge of paper types and their qualities
Experience in LCM/ Sustenance/ Change Management for packaging, supplier transfer projects
Basic sketching skills
Windchill PLM software
Proven design engineering and project management experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience supporting global projects
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and working in a regulated industry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, and Word required
Strong English written and verbal communication skills required
