Job Description

• Typing and taking dictation in shorthand
• Writing, transcribing and compiling office documents
• Transcribing the typed materials accurately into common language
• Keeping careful records of files, documents and other official materials
• Arranging meetings and collecting information for supervisors
• Maintaining confidentiality of official documents and affairs
• Maintaining proper order of documents to be handed to officers
• Arranging and presenting documents in a logical order
• Keeping reference books, rules and ordinances up to date
• Keeping track of the progress of cases until they are closed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
