Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Steno Cum Assistant to support our team with stenographic services and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent shorthand skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in office software. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring effective documentation and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely stenographic transcription of meetings, interviews, and other recordings.
• Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols.
• Assist in other projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a stenographer or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in shorthand and typing speed of [insert minimum words per minute].
• Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
