The aim is to encourage more and more females in the fields of science, mathematics, engineering, and other related fields. Responsibilities:(1) Conduct training sessions in STEM education for students of Class 6 to 12 in Government schools.(2) Create engaging teaching approaches that incorporate hands-on activities and experiments aligned with the STEM syllabus to enhance students\' understanding of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics concepts. (3) Leverage STEM kits, demonstration resources, models, and charts to enhance students\' conceptual understanding and practical skills.(4) Foster a scientific attitude and curiosity among students through engaging in interactive teaching methods.(5) Work together with school staff and ANK team to coordinate training schedules and conduct classes efficiently.(6) Monitor and evaluate students\' progress and maintain a record of students growth.(7) Stay updated with current trends and developments in STEM education to incorporate relevant content into training sessions.(8) Maintain documentation and reports related to training activities and student performance.Qualifications:(1) Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering,) from a recognized institution.(2) Minimum one-year of experience in teaching STEM subjects, preferably in an educational or non-profit environment.(3) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.(4) Passion for promoting practical learning and scientific thinking among students.(5) Proficiency in MS Office and educational software/tools for creating instructional materials is desirable.Female candidates meeting the above qualifications and eligibility criteria are encouraged to submit their resumes to navneetsingh@ankindia.org along with a cover letter highlighting their relevant experience and passion for education.
