:

As a STEM Educator, your primary responsibility will be to empower and support teachers in effectively integrating STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education into their classrooms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing teachers' instructional strategies and content knowledge to foster STEM competencies among students.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver professional development sessions, workshops, and courses to educators on STEM pedagogy, curriculum development, and innovative teaching practices.
• Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and coaching to teachers to enhance their instructional practices in STEM subjects. Offer feedback and guidance on lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
• Identify and curate resources, including educational materials, tools, and technologies, to support STEM instruction. Facilitate access to these resources for teachers and assist in their effective utilization
• Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in STEM education. Lead initiatives to pilot and evaluate new STEM initiatives and educational technologies.
• evelop assessment tools and methodologies to measure student learning outcomes in STEM. Assist teachers in using data to inform instructional decisions and improve teaching effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
