Position: Steel Fixer
Location: Middle East Star General Contracting Company, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints for steel reinforcement.
• Cut, bend, and shape steel bars or mesh to the required dimensions using hand tools or machinery.
• Assemble and fix steel bars, rods, or mesh in concrete forms to reinforce structures.
• Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and secure fixing of reinforcement steel using binding wire or welding.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
• Experience in steel fixing or related construction work.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Physical fitness to handle labor-intensive tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
