Summary Responsible of Steam Turbine Auxiliaries Systems design on a given project. Execute process design engineering activities, perform calculation to size systems and associated equipment. Responsible to specify the components and main equipment of these systems, and ensure the technical follow-up of these equipment, making sure that there are delivered with highest level of quality, on-time and with full compliance to laws and directives. The Steam Turbine Auxiliary System Design Engineer is responsible of the process design of the Turbine Auxiliaries Systems (e.g. lube oil system, control oil system, sealing steam system) that are provided in Nuclear Projects Turbine Hall. As Steam Turbine Auxiliary System Design Engineer, you will be in charge of the functional design of these systems, you will execute the following work: - Issue of Process Flow Diagrams, - Issue of System description, - Issue of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), with associated lists of equipment. You will be in charge of systems sizing and equipment sizing, with issue of calculation notes for these equipment to be correctly specified. You will write and build technical specifications files for for purchase of equipment to suppliers. You will be in charge of the suppliers technical follow-up, from the request for quotation phase to the commissioning phase on-site. During project execution, you will be involved in following Process engineering activities: Issue of process electrical load list (list of electrical consumers with process engineering data only), Issue of the piping interfaces list, Participation to functional safety studies: HAZID, HAZOP, safety functions (SIL) requirements, Identification of Nuclear Safety Classified Items/Components and Activities in line with Equipment qualification team and supported by the Nuclear Safety Process Engineer, Collecting the input data for fatigue analysis, per system, Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies of Turbine auxiliaries systems. Apart from Project execution engineering activities, you will be involved in experience feedback and improvement actions: Contributes to the update of Process Engineering Manual, improving and taking into account the REX into the Technical Rules and Work Instructions, Contribute to lesson learned records in the appropriate tools to improve the equipment specifications management, Be involved in root cause analysis or PSR (8D, 5 Why\'s, etc ) when a problem statement is raised inside engineering (for instance for analysis of CoPQ), Works in New Products Introduction (NPI) programs with the preparation of PFDs, system design description, P&IDs, design concepts (DO), engineering reports (ER), in relation with other engineering disciplines. Behavioural and/or Technical Know-how Basic knowledge in following engineering disciplines : layout & arrangement, electrical design, instrumentation and control, Detailed knowledge of power plant water/steam cycles, Good knowledge of Steam Turbine Product, Computer familiarity (Word, Excel, Outlook, Pdf editor, ..), Knowledge about CAD tools: Autocad, Visio, Naviswork, etc Strong technical and scientific know-how and willingness to continuously extend and develop it, Strong oral and written communication skills, enjoys personal contact.
