Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.About Team :Reporting of financial performance of the company at the consolidated level which is in sync with reported numbers. Along with consolidated numbers, segment performance in terms of profitability and certain kpi\'s is being monitored and reportedAbout the role:1. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes2. Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit3. Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements4. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness5. Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested6. Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions7. Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships8. Work with auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-endExpectations/ Requirements :1. Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture2. Thorough knowledge of Ind AS GAAP3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization4. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results5. Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques6. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
