We are seeking a talented and experienced statistician to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative algo trading strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning, with a proven track record of success in the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze market data and identify patterns and trends that can be leveraged to develop profitable trading strategies

- Design and implement statistical models to forecast market movements and optimize trading decisions

- Collaborate with traders, developers, and other team members to test and refine algorithms

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trading strategies, making adjustments as needed to maximize profitability

- Stay current on industry trends and developments in statistical methods and technology

Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, or a related field

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB

- Experience working in the financial industry, preferably in algorithmic trading

- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and quantitative analysis methods

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?7,500.00 - ?39,641.53 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
