About Us:
Saravacharya Smart industries is a leading FMCG company seeking an experienced and results-driven State Sales Manager to lead our sales team within a designated state. As a State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of Area Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Area Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
3. Sales Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
4. Customer and Retailer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retailers, including negotiating listings, managing in-store promotions, and ensuring effective product merchandising.
5. Distributor Management: Manage and develop relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
6. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights, to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and accurate forecasting of sales performance.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
3. Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Personal Qualities:
- Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
