Roles and responsibilities :
- Provide leadership & strategy of assigned Product & services in the region
- Driving the field Staff to achieve stipulated target with desired yields while keeping Cost of Acquisition within Budget
- Conducting periodic performance reviews of the Sales team
- Designing & implementing a Strategic Sales plan that expands the company\'s presence across geography and ensure its strong presence
- Channel management, managing existing partner, and new business avenue
- Field level co-ordination with Collection Team in building a Healthy Portfolio
- Manage the recruiting objective setting, Coaching & performance monitoring of Outsourced Sales Team
- Achieve operational efficiencies by Timely intervention ensuring Sales Quality & Sales Target
- Study and analyze the service quality by visiting/interacting branches and customers and recommend remedial measures if any gaps noticed
- Monitor the internal audit matters and Compliance adherence
- Minimize customer complaints & speedy resolutions of problems reported
- Would be responsible for early bucket collection & managing delinquency.
- Responsible for maintaining ROA as per company expectations
- Will be responsible for Managing overall business portfolio (Collection X bkt - NS - ED & over all NPA of state)
