Roles and Responsibilities
  • Managing business growth for Loan Against property.

- Work on the sales productivity of the channel- RM / ASM / and DSA.
  • The person would need to ensure that there is detailed productivity monitoring along with reasons and interventions.
  • Reducing the credit rejects, improving the quality of sourcing, identifying segments to focus would be a part of his role.
- DSA engagement program- work on increasing the long tail DSA\' s and increase our share in existing DSA\'s.
  • Will be Handling entire Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Reporting to Zonal Sales Manager.
