Roles and Responsibilities
Managing business growth for Loan Against property.
- Work on the sales productivity of the channel- RM / ASM / and DSA.
The person would need to ensure that there is detailed productivity monitoring along with reasons and interventions.
Reducing the credit rejects, improving the quality of sourcing, identifying segments to focus would be a part of his role.
- DSA engagement program- work on increasing the long tail DSA\' s and increase our share in existing DSA\'s.
Will be Handling entire Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Reporting to Zonal Sales Manager.
