Exploring new business opportunities by meeting the Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools not in reach/approach (uncracked) of assigned branches. Coordinating, /Conducting Seminars/Webinars in schools and Corporate business houses for student acquisition Ensuring Sales Activity & Admission Management at all assigned 46 branches. Equality check of branch front office team for assigned branches on business processes. Educate Team about bouquet all product portfolio and other complimentary services if required. Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities in B2B & B2C segment. Order to achieve Monthly Targets and ABP across all parameters. Preparing MIS as per Business Requirements. Organizing and participating in relevant events to ensure larger pie of market share.
