State Jio Associate Lead
Job Description
Function/Business Area :Sales and Distribution * Location :Jaipur * Job Responsibilities :1. Act as state owner of Jio Associate Program
2. Lead the team of JAM to achieve monthly sales targets
3. Handle daily cadence with team members
4. Track and monitor performance of the team on a daily basis
5. Identify key issues and pain points of the team and support in
providing resolution
6. Ensure day to day interaction and performance reporting to State S&D
Head
7. Implement various sub-programs launched by State/ NHQ
8. Develop strategies and programs to achieve sales target
9. Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team * Education Requirement :Graduation degree in any discipline / MBA (preferred) * Experience Requirement :8 - 12 years * Skills & Competencies :1. Communication skills
2. Team handling skills
3. Multi tasking skills
4. Time management skills
5. Ownership mindset
