Job Title-State Head-HaryanaDepartment-Financial Services (CNHI Capital \xe2\x80\x93 Retail Sales)Location-GurgaonReporting To- Regional Head (PB, HR, J&K,HP)Summary:Team Leader Position to manage AG (Tractor and Crop Solution) and CE (Construction equipment) Financing for Captive product like New Holland Tractors, Case IH, and Case Construction Equipment.Position Responsibility:Manage and grow quality retail portfolio in the assigned area supported by Agency Resources for Tractor, Construction Equipment and Crop Solution Business. The incumbent is expected to manage Haryana State with the help of agency resources.Job Responsibility:\xc2\xb7 AG lead Sourcing & Conversion: Manage Sourcing and financing of Tractor & Crop Solution contracts for New Holland brand for assigned territory.\xc2\xb7 CE lead sourcing & Conversion: Manage sourcing and financing retail construction client through team along with responsibility of managing Key Construction Equipment dealers and strategic leads directly.\xc2\xb7 Improve Productivity-Manage and improve agency resource productivity through effective dealership coverage and addressing key concern through coordination with channel partners and OEM counterparts.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring: Manage and improve P&L for the assigned area via monitoring portfolio health parameters like WIRR, CLI cover, PF collection, EDA resolution etc.\xc2\xb7 Committed service level: Provide services as per defined parameters to end customers, dealers, and Brands.\xc2\xb7 Portfolio Sourcing quality: Ensure there are no first payment defaults for both AG and CE through follow-ups. Control and Manage submission of Registration certificate as per the norms.\xc2\xb7 Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback with value addition to HO on competition.
