:Role/ Job Title: State Head - Commercial VehiclesFunction/ Department:SalesJob Purpose:The role bearer has the responsibility of sourcing loans from market using direct selling agents or direct selling teams and existing channel partners as well establishing a quality portfolio. It entails managing a team, maintain strong relationships, foster co-operation and communicate effectively across different mediums. The role bearer must make sure adherence to the policies and guidelines set. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse contributing to the larger objectives of the bank.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them.
• Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
• Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service.
• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
• Responsible for Sales Targets of his/ her allocated State/ Area to handle TIV of said area with Portfolio / SOH building.
• Also ensure Cross sell and Profitability Targets are achieved regularly.
• Need to ensure team handling, recruitments , training of his assigned area/ Mapping of TIV.
• Align with credit and recovery for existing SOH to have delinquency in control.
• Presenting Bank time to time in various OEM\'s / Customers .
• Visting Market/ DSA\'s/ RL Branches and Customers and making reputation of Bank as far as CV sales is concerned

Education Qualification (Fulltime):Graduation: Any GraduationPost-graduation: Any Post-graduationExperience: 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial vehicles.
