Job Description

Job Purpose: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of consumer electronics products within the designated territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits effectively.
• Product Promotion and Marketing:
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and propose counter-strategies as needed.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to product management on market trends and customer needs.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager / State Head to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
