With a commitment to innovation and exceptional sound quality, Boult Audio has rapidly expanded its presence in the market, providing cutting-edge audio solutions to consumers worldwide.:As the State Head of Sales Distribution for Boult Audio, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and market penetration within your assigned state. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize sales distribution channels, increase brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Distribution Network Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners within the state.
  • Expand Boult Audio's distribution network by identifying and onboarding new partners to enhance market reach.
  • Monitor distributor performance, provide support, and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure sales objectives are met.
Sales Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales volume and market share.
Team Leadership and Training:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to equip sales personnel with product knowledge, selling techniques, and market insights.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork within the sales organization.
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
  • Gather market intelligence data on consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market share, and distribution channel effectiveness for management review.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to engage customers and drive sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and distribution management, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel within the state and occasionally nationally for meetings, conferences, and customer visits.
