The person will be responsible for managing General Trade business of the defined territory. The person will be responsible for Implementing the overall organizations strategic plans, business development, drive sales targets, drive distributors secondary by ensuring utilization of sellout tools.Your TeamCandidate will manage a team of Area Sales Manager / Sales Lead / RSO/DSO/ISP in the defined territoryWhat You Will DoOverall responsible for revenue through multiple Distribution & Retail channels in Respective States of India assigned to him/her.Team management - Area Sales Manager / Sales Lead / RSO/DSO/ISPResponsible for ensuring healthy ROI of distributor.Identifying and building strategic partnerships that can help in incremental growth with strong focus on marginBuild strong relationship with all General Trade Distributors and ensure strong Retail presence of all Harman Lifestyle SKUsImplement tools for improving selloutROI of sellout inputs & Monitoring ageing of RDsChannel Expansion - new territory & new sales channelShould keep him/her self-updated with market and competition landscape.Take complete ownership of service and replacements across channels and work with the support team towards minimizing the same.Managing Platinum and Gold partners selloutManaging hygiene at platinum and gold partnersDeveloping monthly and yearly BTL activation plans with effective execution.Design strategic solutions on secondary sales activation programs, in-shop promotions and activities by using innovative ways.Ensuring consistent growth in market penetration & Brand visibility across the region.What You NeedMBA preferred.12-15 plus years of progressive experience in sales / business development roles in multiple markets.Ideal candidate should have proficient computer experience (Excel, Access, Word, Internet, (Power Point).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong administrative proficiency and customer liaise skills.Strategically and operationally strongStrong consumer products orientationSolid planning and organization skillsGood collaboration skillsDemonstrated creativity and out-of-the box thinkingBusiness acumen - Solid business and financial background.What is Nice to HaveExtensive Sales & Distribution experience in multiple market sales, required.
