Accordingly, the key expectations would be as follows: The key expectations of the role: 1. Ensure timely achievement of project outcomes through documentation, adherence to milestones & legal Compliances 2. Manage Marketing & Sales of Inputs & Produce by conducting small-scale processing, organizing monthly sales/branding events, facilitating quality B2B transactions with minimal cost, handling the sale of agricultural/aquaculture inputs 3. Establish and maintain effective liaison with district or state government authorities to ensure project continuity, facilitate new business opportunities, converge schemes, and ensure timely receipt of payments. 4. Manage HR functions by creating, training, and mentoring the team. 5. Maintain accounting discipline to prevent fraud internally and externally. 6. Develop, submit, and activate business plans with the team and farmers. 7. Promote branding through monthly/quarterly reports, social media, and other channels. Competencies required: Knowledge, skills, attitude: Knowledge Knowledge of legal requirements for Govt. Projects/FPCs. Knowledge of government policies, subsidies, and support schemes related to agriculture projects and FPCs. Knowledge of key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the state or region. Skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire teams. Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and government liaison. Networking skills to represent the organization in relevant forums and events. Attention to detail. Attitude Results driven and having a strong bias for action. Initiative and drive. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Open to travel The Individual: (education and experience) Essential

• A Graduate degree in Agriculture or relevant field.

• 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in operations, project management, documentation and reporting.

Desirable

• A Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree

• Experience in working with FPCs /Govt. Projects

• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and government liaison.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 45,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Benefits:
