:Job Title: Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Luxury Customer MarketingCompany: Diageo - United SpiritsLocation: Kolkata, IndiaLevel: L6A - Assistant ManagerReports to: Senior Manager - Luxury Customer & Advocacy ManagerQualification: MBAExperience: 5-7 years of work experience in the hospitality and luxury industryThe profile will be based out of Kolkata and will be handling both WB & Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura & Arunachal PradeshResponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for driving off-takes in the New Luxury category (Reserve & Craft) and Innovation category (new launches) through appropriate TTL activities.
  • Collaborate closely with local sales teams to drive category growth in Key Accounts, Premium-on-Premise channels, and off-trade.
  • Ensure ROI analysis for each activation and manage budgets accordingly, with periodic monitoring and evaluation in place.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with SCMMs, SCMEs and KAMs to ensure effective on-ground implementation of activations.
  • Strong liaison with procurement team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and supervision of financial processes, including bills, POs, GRAs, and PR, to ensure budget compliance at the state level.
  • Plan and execute POSMs, Display Units, and shelf shares for branding contracts, activation requirement coordinating with vendors for execution in the state.
  • Monitor and report performance to the Luxury Customer Marketing Manager, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the regional marketing and sales teams based on competitor analysis and performance against the plan.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is essential.
Requirements:
  • MBA qualification with 5-7 years of relevant experience in CPG and luxury industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, particularly in the luxury segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
