Job Profile:
As a state co-ordinator for our Nutraceutical Company operating in rural markets, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and distribution activities within your designated zone. Your primary focus will be to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of sales executives and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business growth.
Prime Responsibilities of the Job:
1. Handling Business Calls (B2B): You will be responsible for managing and making approximately 50-70 business calls per day to potential clients. This includes effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
2. Hunt for New Clients: Utilizing platforms such as India Mart, business portals, and directories, you will actively search for and engage with potential clients. Your role will involve creating new leads and expanding the customer base.
3. Project Handling and Sales Generation: You will be responsible for handling projects and coordinating with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and projects are executed successfully. Additionally, you will be expected to generate sales through effective negotiation and relationship building.
4. New Party Generation: You will proactively identify and establish relationships with new parties to expand the company\'s business reach. This includes networking, attending industry events, and leveraging personal connections to generate leads.
5. Travelling: you must be willing to travel within your designated zone to meet clients, oversee operations, and conduct market research. Travel frequency will depend on business needs.
Specific Skill Set:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agrochemical marketing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong technical skills related to the agrochemical industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confidence, proactiveness, and an active approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gurati languages, both spoken and written.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing) or MSC or BSC (Agriculture) or any individual with marketing experience.
- Previous experience in the agrochemical marketing industry is highly desirable.
