Job Summary:

The State Coordinator will oversee and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives within the state. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and achieving the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management:
• Plan, implement, and monitor programs within the state.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and /manage detailed project plans to track progress.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for state-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between the organization and state agencies, partners, and community groups.
• Represent the organization at state meetings, conferences, and events.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all programs comply with state regulations and policies.
• Prepare and submit required reports to state and national offices.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
• Resource Management:
• Manage state-level budgets and resources effectively.
• Identify and secure funding opportunities and resources to support state initiatives.
• Supervise and support state-level staff and volunteers.
• Training and Development:
• Provide training and support to program staff and volunteers.
• Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives to enhance program delivery.
• Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to inform program improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on program impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing programs and projects within a state or regional context.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel within the state as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
