Location: Jaipur (No WFH) Stipend: 10,000 per month + incentives (performance-based) Role and Responsibilities: 1. HR and Team Building: Collaborate with the management team to understand the hiring needs of the startup. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Help in onboarding new team members. Maintain records and documentation. Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor team performance and report to the management. 2. Customer Relations Management: Act as the first point of contact for sellers\' inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Help and guide them to set up their shop on our platform. Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. 3. Operations Management: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently by the team. Coordinate with various team team members to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met. Help streamline operational processes and suggest improvements. Collaborate with team members to address any operational challenges. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
