We are co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with regional offices in Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Lithuania, London, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, and UAE.As a Salesforce Process Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for development and administration and responsible for architecting and designing comprehensive processes on Salesforce that meet our business needs and technical requirements as well as hands on work in implementing and coding changes on the platform. You will also be responsible for all administrative work related to salesforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce platform. \ Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, including data models, application architecture, and integrations.
  • Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Customisation and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Implementation: Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
  • Integration Design: Design integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, and proactively suggest enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
  • Recommendation: Continuous recommendation on how to improve sales process, salesforce usage and review flow so it makes business sense and improve overall experience
  • Administrative: Perform various administrative tasks that are requested, including add/delete users, modify fields etc.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation and administration.
  • Experience in implementing salesforce solutions to B2B environment especially in payments (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in related fields
