The idea candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles across industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle high-volume recruitment.Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidatesxe2x80x99 suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

• Meet hiring targets within stipulated timelines.

Requirements * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in voice-based recruitment. (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
