We are hiring for a Staffing Coordinator in Gurgaon (Hybrid) and play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end staffing process for a pool of 30+ analysts. You will collaborate closely with the LCN Team Managers and Consulting stakeholders, develop dashboards to track key performance indicators, and drive process improvements. - Manage the end-to-end staffing process for ad-hoc requests
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate accurate time tracking by maintaining and updating case codes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions into existing processesRequirements-
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional services firm, specifically in project staffing
- Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and business writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
