Work with the test engineering team to develop production test strategy and test fixtures for new products
Coordinate the design and build PCBA and module fixtures,
Develop and maintain test fixture BOM and create test fixture build instructions
Create documentation and test manuals for the fixtures for smooth transfer to production
Install the fixtures in the production lines, and train production to use the fixtures for mass production
Continuously support test issues that occur in the production line, and suggest improvements in the test strategy to increase production efficiency
