Summary As a Staff Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with product management & technology teams to create a clear strategic direction to build enterprise service solutions for Patient Care Solutions. As a member of the extended Product Management function, you will be team\'s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders, Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Developers and Program teams. You will also work with the scrum teams and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of product features and functionality. You will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will: You will work with Internal or External Customers , Product teams, Product Management, System Architects, and fellow POs to identify the product requirements/Themes/Epics/Features/User Stories with Definition of Readiness (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria being defined. You will ensure that the user stories are well-formed and aligned with product strategy. In addition, you will provide clarification on the story details, assist with story splitting, define enablers and incorporate behavior-driven design (BDD) to ensure stories support continuous value flow. You will drive the prioritization of the backlog items in such a way that highest-value backlog items are delivered in the shortest sustainable lead time and in the right sequence. You will enable the regular ordering of backlog items according to their cost of delay and communicating that sequence to the team during backlog refinement and Iteration Planning. You will assure that the quality is built in by validating that the story meets acceptance criteria, that it has the appropriate, persistent acceptance tests, and that it otherwise complies with its Definition of Done (DoD). You will support the architectural runway by collaborating with System Architects to craft enablers and work with stakeholders to establish appropriate capacity allocations. You will balance the stakeholder perspectives by understanding the ever-changing user needs, drive customer-centricity, respecting capacity allocations, evaluating the cost of delay, and collaborating with stakeholders and teams to make implementation decisions that produce the most favorable outcomes. You will facilitate frequent conversations with their teams to resolve questions, manage dependencies, and communicate priorities that emerge as stories are implemented. You will regularly evaluate the progress toward story acceptance criteria, including compliance with Built-In-Quality criteria, such as the scalable definition of done, and non-functional requirements (NFRs). You will work closely with the team to detect quality issues as they are introduced and correct them in or near real time. As a member of the Agile team, you will attend and actively participate in team events during PI execution. During iteration planning, backlog refinement, iteration reviews, team retrospectives, and team syncs, you will provide crucial feedback on the team\'s work from an outside-in, customer-centric point of view. You will translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit. You will partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process. You will drive the product development activities by following agile and SAFe methodology and coach team members on the same. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related computer field Minimum 12+ years of experience in software engineering and application design and development process with at least 3+ years as Product Owner. Enterprise Development experience in Healthcare IT domain Strong knowledge and experience with SAFe, Agile methodologies and best practices Strong communication skills and boundaryless behavior-ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Works to build consensus across the team. Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task Desirable skills: Demonstrate strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity. Prior experience in managing IoT technologies for NPI Products. Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas. Routinely collaborates with UX in design decisions as applicable. Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams. Demonstrate excelling business acumen, know latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape. Possess a deep understanding of the IoT technology stack and impact on final product. Prior experience with Medical Devices or Device connectivity domain, tools usage like Aha, Rally, Confluence, etc. is an added advantage #LI-LM1
