As the Staff Technical Product Manager - Global Payroll & Benefits, you will be responsible for managing IT deliverables for outsourced Pay and Benefits Applications. This includes driving technical compliance of vendors and managing their integrations with GE. Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Accountable for Payroll & Benefits Integrations and Operations for the company
Help orchestrate how these vendors integrate with other systems in the company including Workday, Time & Attendance, Employee Portal and Financial systems for Payroll & Benefits Delivery
Responsible for execution of Technology/Cyber standards for vendor integration (Federated Single Sign on, Managed File Transfer, Network integration, 3rd Party Security Reviews etc.)
Lead Technology involvement in Vendor Switch outs/transitions. This includes Vendor selection, 3rd party security reviews prior to contracting, contracting, integration design/build, data conversion, and go-live
Actively own and manage on-time delivery, working with shared platform teams
Triage/Resolve Operational & Availability issues of Employee Self-service portals in close partnership with Vendor; Document Root-cause and remediation of frequent/critical issues
Maintain Technology inventory of all outsourced Vendors, their Applications/Platforms and Integrations, and vendor contacts
Partner with Country/Regional HR Operations teams to achieve their KPI\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 on-time Payroll processing with on-time delivery of integrations
Understanding of business process to determine how to optimize both process and utilization of integration platforms/standards
Lead design of programmatic capabilities for all aspects of service operability. Expert in interfaces for information exchange across platforms
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or in \xe2\x80\x9cSTEM\xe2\x80\x9d Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
6+ years of experience in Technology support of critical systems
3+ years of experience leading support of Payroll & Benefits systems
Experience managing Cyber Security and Controllership deliverables
Desired Characteristics
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll and Benefits processes
Experience with HR products like Workday, PeopleSoft
Strong business analysis, problem solving, and triaging skills
