Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  
• 7 years of experience in software engineering and systems design.
  
• 3 years of people management experience.
  
• Experience in developing back-end infrastructure-oriented systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new team of local engineers as part of Zettastore\'s expansion in Bangalore.
  
• Provide technical leadership on projects, collaborate on planning roadmap.
  
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, deliverables, infrastructure productionization, and deployment.
  
• Manage distributed system development, partner with infrastructure and client teams to guide integrations.
