### Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.



### Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the service. Deliver level-appropriate project work aligned with our priorities.
• Coach and guide the team for long-term career success.
• Make strategic engineering decisions to grow the product. Work with partner teams (e.g., Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering, Engineering Productivity) to deliver on product goals.
