We are looking for Staff Engineers that have a passion to design, build, and ship delightful and intuitive products and have the hustle and drive to have a large impact through innovation and iteration. What you will do - Being in a senior technical position, responsible for architecture, design, code, and delivery of multiple features/projects/products Build delightful new experiences for the Job Seeker persona in a very dynamically evolving job market that will be used by millions of job seekers around the world. Build out large-scale software platforms that are used by millions of users and deliver a highly performant, reliable, and scalable product leveraging best-in-class technology. Mentor/coach other engineers to help them perform at their best through code/design reviews, providing best practices and helping unblock them. Own the end-to-end tech stack comprising modern React frontend backed by Python REST APIs, AWS services and SOLR search platform. Bring our product ideas and enhancements to life in a scalable way that stands the test of time. What we need - Excellent track record of building high-performance production applications. 10 or more years of industry experience working with product companies. Startup experience and SaaS product development experience are added advantages. Excellent communication skills and a team player at heart. Can-do attitude/Self-starter!
