You will be employed by ANSR until Land O\'Lakes GCC is operationally ready. The QA Lead is expected to work with the Truterra Product Owner and Technology leadership team to develop and write testing requirements, Lead / perform software UAT and regression testing, setup a robust testing rigor and facilitate investigating bugs and defects. The BA / QA Lead will work across all teams in Truterra Crop Data / Digital and Architecture teams.Required Education and Experience:

• Develop and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (across Digital, Data, Integrations teams), and drive task assignment, QA Metrics, testing reports
• Define test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality objectives.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and other types of testing as necessary to validate software functionality and performance.
• Establish and maintain test environments and infrastructure, including tools, systems, and data sets.
• Monitor and report on the progress and results of testing activities, including defect tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to address defects, ensure fixes are implemented, and verify solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within
• Create, update and maintain all testing related documentation (Scripts, plans, signoffs)
• Assist with other Truterra documentation needs such as release notes, training documents and other information guides as needed.

Required Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Requires a bachelor\'s degree in MIS or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT, especially in Software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Ability to manage and execute multiple competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly with multiple business partners, both internal and external including offshore web developers
• Knowledge of Project Management and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
• Team player and ability to work outside normal working hours with offshore developers
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in Data Analysis and deep use of Microsoft office suite of tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
• Ability to be hands on and technical API Scripting, DB queries, Postman scripts, Data testing etc.

Preferred:

• Experience with ADO or other agile project tools
• Prior experience working on a consumer-facing web application, microservice architecture
