We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Product Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of our platform capabilities. As a full-stack Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both the front-end and back-end aspects of our platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• •Key Responsibilities:•


+ Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for platform capabilities that align with the company's overall goals.
+ Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and market trends.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
+ User Experience: Champion the user experience, ensuring that all platform capabilities are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards.
+ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this information to inform product decisions and strategy.
+ Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
+ Agile Development: Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
+ Technical Expertise: Leverage your full-stack development knowledge to guide technical decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure robust platform architecture.
+ Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and address pain points.


What You'll Bring::
• + Experience: Total experience - 12yrs-16yrs and Minimum of 7 years+ of product management experience, with a focus on platform capabilities and full-stack development.
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
+ Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, including web development, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
+ Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
+ Customer Focus: Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
+ Agility: Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
