Staff Nurses
Job Description
Acts as a facilitator in the nursing induction program & ensure to cover the staff of the assigned area
Conduct test & certify nurses in induction on basic skills
To assess & identify any learning need of staff in her area & then plan with Nursing Educator to organize & execute retraining for them
To assist Nursing Educator in making protocols, care plans & audit checklists
To give incidental teachings on rounds & demonstrate skills whenever appropriate
To conduct code blue drills
To keep a record of in-service attendance of staff & motivate those with less attendance.
To coordinate with Dr's for in-service classes
To assist Nursing Educator in conducting practical exams for trainees
Any other task assigned by the HOD and management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?17,500.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• Nursing: 1 year (Required)
• Hospital: 1 year (Required)
Language:
• Punjabi (Required)
License/Certification:
• Punjab Nursing Registration Council (Required)
Work Location: In person
