Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other reproductive procedures.
• Assist doctors during patient consultations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
• Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by the doctors, following strict protocols.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, progress, and reactions to treatments, reporting any significant changes to the medical team.
• Educate and support patients about their treatment plans, medication schedules, and post-procedure care instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the treatment rooms, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of all patient interactions, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.
• Assist in preparing patients for procedures such as embryo transfers, egg retrievals, and ultrasounds, ensuring they are informed and at ease.
• Participate in patient care planning and contribute to the overall healthcare team effort to deliver effective treatment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license/registration.
• Prior experience in women's health, gynecology, or IVF is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to medical protocols.

Pay: ?9,759.75 - ?15,000.00 per month
