Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient patient care experience. You will be responsible for patient assessments, administering medication, monitoring patient health, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and perform nursing procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Assist doctors during examinations and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all healthcare safety standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and provide first aid or critical care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a B.Sc. in Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration or license.
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting will be preferred but freshers are also welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle critical situations and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and current healthcare regulations.

Work Schedule:

• Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Salary:

• ?10,000 to ?20,000 per month (Salary will depend on qualifications and experience).
