Job Title: Staff Nurse

Working Hours: rotational shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Assist doctors in medical procedures and manage patient records.
• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Follow established protocols for infection control and safety measures.
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism and competence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing, GNM,ANM)
• Valid nursing license (Kerala State Nursing Council Registration preferred)
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
