Key Responsibilities:

-Administer nursing care based on individualized care plans, addressing residents' physical and emotional needs.

-Monitor and assess resident health, including vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.

-Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility while promoting independence.

-Administer prescribed medications (oral, topical, injectable) and monitor for any adverse reactions.

-Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing first aid or life-saving interventions until further help arrives.

-Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and lifestyle changes.

-Implement infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications:

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) from an accredited institution.

-Registered Nurse (RN) license as per local/state regulations.

-1-8 years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care, long-term care, or a senior care facility.
