Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Patient Care:
Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Perform routine tests, such as taking vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
Assist patients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility).
Medical Assistance:
Assist doctors in performing medical procedures or surgeries.
Set up and maintain medical equipment for patient care.
Monitor patients after procedures, ensuring recovery and identifying any complications.
Patient Education:
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
Provide guidance on medications, proper diet, and post-care.
Documentation and Reporting:
Record patient information accurately in medical records (e.g., nursing notes, patient progress).
Report any changes in a patient's condition to the medical team.
Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare staff to provide high-quality care.
Participate in team meetings and care discussions to update on patient progress.
Emergency Care:
Respond to emergencies such as cardiac arrest, trauma, or other critical conditions.

Infection Control and Safety:
