Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with 2 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Record and maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, medical history, and care provided.
• Provide wound care, injections, IV insertions, catheterization, and other nursing interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing input on patient progress and care requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and medical advancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (hospital, healthcare center, or related environment).
• Strong clinical and technical skills in patient care and medical procedures.
• Shift work may be required, including weekends, and holidays.
