Job Summary:

Staff Nurse

to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times. Assist doctors and other medical staff during examinations and treatments. Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medication management, and healthy lifestyle practices. Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursing station and patient care areas. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing).

Experience:

1-3 years preferred, but fresh graduates may apply.

License & Certification:

Valid Nursing License and Registration.

Skills:

Strong clinical and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
