UroNephro Center of Excellence (UNCE) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing top-quality care to patients with urological and nephrological conditions, ensuring a positive patient experience in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients pre- and post-procedure.
• Assist doctors during urological and nephrological procedures, including laser surgeries and endoscopic interventions.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, medical history, and progress reports.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care, medication routines, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing or GNM).
• Valid nursing license or registration with the State Nursing Council.
• 1+ years of experience as a Staff Nurse (experience in urology/nephrology is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
