Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Apple Hospital, Indore. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established nursing protocols, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service. This role involves both direct patient care and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors and maintain accurate patient records.
• Monitor vital signs, and report changes in patients' condition to the healthcare team.
• Assist in diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and the preparation of patients for surgeries or treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, post-treatment care, and prevention strategies.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in accordance with infection control and safety policies.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare staff, and families to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
• Assist in maintaining medical supplies inventory and preparing reports for senior nursing staff.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory guidelines, maintaining professional nursing standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
