Job Description

Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and other relevant data. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Educate patients and families on healthcare topics, medication management, and recovery plans. Provide emotional support to patients and families. Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and sterile environment. Participate in continuing education and professional development.
QUALIFICATION :- BSc Nursing / GNM /GDA/ANM
