Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Respond to patient needs and changes in condition promptly and appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with nursing practices and standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable.
• years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
