Job Title: Fertility Nurse

Location: Bangalore, On-Site

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Fertility Nurse to join Dr. Kamini Rao Hospitals. The Staff Nurse will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. This position involves working closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of reproductive health.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Current registered nurse (RN)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in reproductive endocrinology, obstetrics, gynecology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certification in fertility nursing (e.g., CFN) is preferred
• Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software.
