Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing clinical procedures.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient assessments and changing needs.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Education: Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and disease prevention.
• Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during difficult times.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program,(NM)& (GNM)
• Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred but not required for entry-level positions.

Skills:

• Excellent clinical and assessment skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing or walking for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
